It was my fav food growing up. I made vegan version as papa is vegan and we are - most of the days.
Ingredients:
Carrots cut long - 1
Cabbage cut thick – 1/4
Beans diagonally cut – 300 gms
Maggi Ketchup for this will taste better
Deep fried noodles
Small chicken pieces
Preparing the chicken
	In a little oil fry finely chopped ginger and finely chopped garlic (this corr flavour of chinese)
	Fry green chillies
	Add chicken
	Add cabbage, carrots, beans
	Add chicken stock
	Add vinegar, salt, sugar
	Let it cook…
	Add ketchup at the end
	Add corn flour and mix at the end
