- Skills you must acquire in life - public speaking, psychology, business writing, accounting, design, conversation, overcoming shyness, second language, proper grammar, persuasion, tech, proper voice technique
- 3 habits of successful people - no fear of embarrassment, education of field, exercise
- Use affirmations - e.g say "i yuvishka srivastava will be the richest woman in the world" to yourself 3/4 times to hack your mind
- Happiness - flexible schedule, directional nature of happiness (so try taking things where ur skill improve with time), imagination (pessimism is poor imagination) , sleep, diet, exercise—— eat right, exercise, get enough sleep, imagine an incredible future, work towards a flexible schedule, do things you can steadily improve, help others, reduce daily decisions to routine.

- 3 kinds of people- selfish, stupid, burden on soceity so be selfish. Overtime you will make sweeping contribution to the society if u become self reliant.
- Dont make exercise and food will power dependent- infact make it easier to exercise by eg decoupling wearing outfit and exercising, fill your house with healthy food, eat satiating food if you are sleep deprived etc
